Tannet Group Limited is a diversified international company set up in Hong Kong in spring 1999. With ten years' development, the group has owned more than 38 holding subsidiaries, 88 equity participants, over 3000 cooperators and more than 20000 direct clients around the world. By 2008, the group has established four business systems and laid the foundation for a sustainable development in the next decade. It is no longer just a supplier of all-dimensional solutions to enterprises, but also an investor in industrial development.

The group has two main fields: business service and business investment. Tannet has set up a business service platform, esp.for SMEs, which consists of nine service centres, serving the world of business professionally & reliably, laying a solid foundation for Tannet development in the near future. One. Development goals of the group

Through its brand culture construction, the group is striving to achieve its strategic, business and value goals.

(1) Strategic goal: Tannet will build a high-level, hi-tech and efficient applied service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises around the world, providing them with borderless, multi-sectional, one-stop and personalized services with the consciousness of its business mission and social responsibilities.

(2) Commercial goal: Tannet will realize its dual performance targets in the next ten years. Meanwhile, it will draw up a ten-year plan to achieve the targets stage by stage.

(3) Value goal: Tannet lays stress on establishing its value goal to achieve self advancement. In the pursuit of strategic and commercial goals, Tannet attaches more importance to value creation and realization of employees’ self-worth. While creating the corporate value, it also pays attention to the creation of team value, cooperative value, service value, applied value and social value.   

Two. Three development phases and strategic orientation

The group will go through three stages in its growth, namely self expansion, cooperation and complementation, and M&A. At present, the group shall focus on the second and the third stage. Its strategic orientation is “be rooted in China and Hong Kong with international focus; value investment and strategic development”.

Three. Four business systems

With ten years’ development, the group has established four business systems, namely the industrial investment development system (www.tannet-invest.com), the enterprise development service system (www.tannet.net), the enterprise information application system (www.infor-tec.com) and one-city-one cooperative development system (www.tannet-cooperation.com). The four systems are in an interactive, complementary and win-win relationship.

(1) Industrial investment development system: with the principle of “value investment and strategic development”, the group is looking for excellent enterprises on a worldwide scale, especially in emerging markets, to launch equity investment and project investment, and will control or acquire those that are helpful for its core business development.  

(2) Enterprise development service system: investment planning program, financing solution, project feasibility study report, business plan, enterprise establishment solution, HR management program, marketing planning program, brand culture solution, finance and tax planning program, CI solution, international framework planning program, management flow solution, enterprise listing planning program, crisis management program, capital operation solution, M&A and reconstruction solution, etc.   

(3) Enterprise information application system: provide enterprises with online and offline transaction platform which pairs supply with demand; provide enterprises with a practical biz brain base where they can acquire business management ideas themselves; publish pointed and personalized magazines for enterprises so that they can enhance their grade and improve their image. The network resource application system also covers enterprise website design, optimization and promotion services. 

(4) One-city-one cooperative development system: to promote the rapid development of Tannet globally, the group launched a “one-city-one cooperative development initiative” on a worldwide scale in 2005, starting the cooperative development mode of one representative, one dealer, one franchisee and one exchange partner for one city. The concept of “one-city-one” means that at least one GOHO representative, one dealer, one franchisee and one exchange partner will be developed in every city of the world. The group has been recognized by over 3000 professional organizations throughout the world and launched a series of complementary co-operations. Tannet adopts syndicated operations, chain management, global coalition and one-stop services. It has set up directly-owned or cooperative service branches in all popular cities of the world.
