2. Applicant details (full name, address and nationality, etc);
3. List of goods or services;
4. Power of attorney (POA).
If everything goes smoothly, the whole registration process may take less than 1 year. Once a trademark is registered, the registration will be valid for 10 years. Registered trademarks nearing expiry can be easily renewed by filing a trademark renewal application for a period of another 10 years.
